Potatoes with provencal herbs
These potatoes in the form of wedges are already cooked steamed, in their own juice, ready to be heated for 2-3 minutes. They are presented with skin, seasoned with oil, Provencal herbs and salt.
Their shelf life reaches two months in refrigeration without detriment of quality.
Open and remove the plastic wrap from the package before heating in the microwave (3 minutes), frying pan (5 minutes) or oven (10 minutes) and adjust the salt to taste to serve as a garnish for meats and fish.
